Thought i'd offer her up here first to hopefully avoid having to post.
53cm Seattube
Proper 90's paint job. Cromoly. This would make for a perfect winter hack (wrong time of year I know) or just plain year round beater. Due to large clearences, mudguard eyelets and general robustness. Semi-horizontal dropouts mean a little bit of movement - I found a magic gear on it - with a half link you'll have quite a few options. Nearly new sealed BB - headset recently regreased. It's a lovely metallic pink. (hard to show in photos) Paint has a few chips here and there but i've re-sprayed the worst offending bit's to keep it protected. I've got a pair of SKS mudguards i'll chuck in if anyone wants.£40 ONO

Freecycle : Viscount Titanium railed saddle, its a bit worn in places but was a pretty comfy saddle when I used it on my mtb.
Its not a particularly light saddle despite having ti rails.http://www.bikemagic.com/reviews/contact-points/saddles/viscount-vrt-gel-titanium/1967.html
Freecycle: Magura Louise Front Disc brake with 160mm rotor ( came off my Cannondale mtb, its been in a cupboard for the past 4 years)

Saving up for a new camera, so selling a few things. For starters, got a Bontrager SSR wheelset taken off my 2007 Trek 7.5 FX. The front is in reasonable condition, the rear needs a new spoke and truing up. The rear was replaced under warranty in 2009 so has done less miles than the front.
I think they're about 30mm deep, and 24/20 spoke if I remember correctly. Need a clean, no cassette - £40?

Hi guys, posted this in the Cov Classifieds, hope you don't mind if I put it here for a little more exposure....
Selling my current fixed ride (excluding forks)... may be better to split but would sell the lot if someone wants it all.....
It's a conversion laced with a few nice parts, Airlite rear track hub on mavic T217 40h, TA cranks- 165mm, scott front wheel (replacement for wheel in pic), bullhorn bars on a fluted stem (risers in picture also available), tiagra front brake with gold finger lever, Selle Italia Grand Prix seat. Framewise its about 55/56cm seattube.
Would be an excellent resto project if you wanted to paint... the frame has its original paint, with a nice patina. campag dropouts. Anyone interested?

How much do you reckon the new spoke and fitting would cost?
-
• #1967
Um, my local place charges about £10 to fit a spoke and true the wheel. A replacement spoke and nipple should be no more than £2 if you wanted to do it yourself.
-
• #1968
Oh, they're not some kind of special spoke then? I'll have a word with the mrs and see if she wants them for her bike. Can I dibs till this evening?
-
• #1969
Oh right, sorry... no they're standard spokes, nothing aero etc.
