So guys, I'm trying to raise money to play polo in the 'dam next weekend. Broke as usual.

Wanted - Touring wheels - 36 hole shimano hubs please. Nice tough rims.

I has some touring wheels. Not to flashy, mavic A119 (or something) on deore hubs. Cant remember the spoke count, but its gonna be 36 or 32, probably the latter.

I dont think modern 36hole shimano hubs are very common.

for sale: Rear black velocity b43 laced with silver aci db spokes to black planet-x pista track hub (double fixed). In reasonable condition except for some brake rub. I ran this on my new pompino build for a few weeks (with the rear brake loosened off) but the pads rubbed a little.

Comes with a couple of long valve tubes (needs at least a 60mm tube). I might be able to throw in a 16t sprocket and lock ring but will have to check.

Asking £50ono collected from leamington, or i could bring it to brum possibly, though probably not for a week or so...

Um, good question. It's not lite! The rim is supposed to be 770g, plus ACI DB spokes, and the planet X pista rear hub is 315g.

It's pretty solid.

No probs at all :) I usually get in between 6/6:30.
