SWAPS!
Got one of Varno's hand-built V-Sprint front wheels, ridden on twice atm. Black rims, black hub, silver spokes. Runs beautiful and oh so true. Track wheel though and rim isn't machined so doesn't get on with my front brake. Anyone got anything similar that will look good on my Surly (see Void's pics) that you're willing to do swaps for?

I have some mavic touring rims (modern style) on Black Deore hubs. The braking surface is somewhat worn, but smoothly and they still have plenty of life left in them.

Still got these for sale, pretty basic, but cheap and bombproof. Not sure if your after fixed or not (Road/hybrid hub with a singlespeed freewheel attached)
*Complete SS Wheelset £30*
Or*** £15 *each
Or* £10 each without tyres/tubes*
Or *just tyres/tubes £15*Mismatched front and rear 700c Hybrid wheels (Wide rims) Rear is Halfords with 18t Dicta freewheel and Front is a Bontrager OEM affair. Replaced bearings and a cone in the rear last week so it's as smooth as it's gonna get. Front's a bit grumbly and probably needs the bearings looking at. Good condition 30c Scwhalbe XC tyres and specialized tubes. Probably not as true as they should be but they were not rubbing on my brakes.

How much do you want for them?
-
• #1518
Well, about those touring wheels. I should really get you a picture and more details.
As the hubs are deore, the rear is 135mm spaced. And takes shimano cassettes.I cant remember the specific model number of the rims, which is why I should dig them out! But I guess Im looking for £50ono for the pair?
-
• #1519
bugger, im certain my pompino is 120mm spaced but thanks for the offer all the same

This may be obvious to everyone else but what size wheels does the Peugeot take? Looks too modern for 27"...
