Anyone planning on touring?

£20 Tortec Expedition rear rack: Brand new, fitted once but never used - Bit too bulky for my intended purposes, all fittings etc included. This is a proper tough bombproof touring rack - rated for 35 Kg

£10 Tortec Tour rear Rack: Budget rack, nearly new, fitted and used once to move stuff out of my old flat.

Swapsies:

A front 80's road bike wheel. Campagnolo Omega V rim, shimano hub.

Swap it for modern wheel with a machined braking surface (similar value).

for rear road bike wheel 8speed shimano compatible. Decent rim in good condition please.

A 26" mirror polished old style rigida DP22 rim on Hope hub (dished and setup for old fashioned hope mechanical disc brake). Excellent condition, like new. This type of rim (the top one):

Mavic Open4CD front road bike wheel. Rim in very good condition, brake surface is minimally worn (still nearly all grey).

Front road bike wheel radial laced. Shimano 105 hub, unknown rim rattlecanned black (not by me) wheel is true and solid.

Anyone got an 80 or 90mm quill stem 25.4 clamp? Condition not important, I'm looking to buy or borrow just to try and dial in my handlebar position before wrapping with the ridiculously overpriced brooks tape.
