20,000 posts... only a matter of time

At current post rate he'll get to 20,000 in almost exactly 2 weeks time..

That's not entirely accurate since it takes into account a few months when I was posting fuck all whereas now I've got fuck all work on (that's important anyway) so my post count is in fact higher than the average.

Which is why I put in 'at current post rate' ;)

But it's not my 'current' post rate.. it's my 'average' post rate over some time period (forum existence?).

I can see why that's confusing but I was defining 'current' as the 'average posts per day' as it appears on your profile.. I do understand that it doesn't necessarily reflect your post-rate over the past week/month or so (or more importantly the post-rate you'll have between now and 20,000 posts), I just wanted to have a little fun..

Ha! I will only feel I have achieved the target honorably if my posts contain some substance. Okay if some of my posts contain substance. Okay if a couple of my posts contain substance. Okay okay.. I will only feel I've met the target if I don't have to resort to a test thread with 1..2..3..4..5.. etc in it :P
