my escher shoulder piece was 15hrs over 5 sittings, so a detailed full sleeve will add up.

it's a piece that involves the 8 auspicious symbols of buddhism, going from wrist to chest, 2 fish, lots of ribbons, a wheel, and endless knots, parasol, lotus throne, banner of victory, conch vase etc, it's very detailed, and going to have a lot of colour. I'll show you next time our paths cross.

EDIT - she's Tiny Miss Becca - used to work in BB but spending a lot of time up north these days. Good stuff, esp if you're into that very arty two-d oldschool work.
