Can't you just download the software from Limewire and use a Raspberry Pi?

A good tyre shop would probably have the kit to do it or will know a travelling someone that does. My BiL runs one of his family's tyre shops and they can cope with most things but there is a chap in a van that all the tyre shops in the area call in if they're stuck.
Edit. If you're in the London area: I just found this. No affiliation to me.

What sort of rental car do I need to get 3 adults in with two Isofix child seats in the rear?
-
• #63707
Some form of 7 seater I’d guess.

A big one.
Unlikely to get the third adult into the second row with two seats. MPV? 7 seat SUV?

Touran or Galaxy is the way forward.

Straight to anti? Wing, paint, alloys and callipers are all wrong.

You could retrofit one to add it, a lot of E46 M3 owners do this to run a CSL style carbon fibre manifold and get the ECU re-programmed to run Alpha-N
Pretty sure it is a Vauxhall one they use.
Failing that VEM's is supposed to be a pretty good setup. -

Picked up my car today - first car I’ve ever owned. Very dad spec (I don’t have kids) but I like it. Heads up display, sound system and pilot assist stuff is all great

Thanks for the rental car suggestions.
Just so there is no doubt, we're all agreed that no car has a middle seat that an adult can sit in for a decent journey when there are two massive Isofix child seats either side?
What about an intermediate SUV eg Qashqai?

finally starting to see some interesting small normal (i.e. not space ships) electric cars. Honda E and now this.

You're welcome to try fitting two child seats into the back of my E Class, it's pretty roomy in there - but personally I don't think you'd have a hope of getting a normal sized adult in the back with those in there.

Pretty sure you’ll need a 7 seater, unless the adult is narrow or the child seats are.
For reference the xc60 has two isofix and you couldn’t sit in the middle at the same time

@hugo7 here's real world advice on this subject:
The kids seats will take up the whole row no doubt. Adults can sit in the middle if they have the right personality (patience of a rock) and body type (stick). This is speaking from experience. My wife can do it for 8 hours. I can barely make it to the grocery store.
Double check that the car you rent can actually accept kids seats in the THIRD row legally and safely, overwise the adults will be sitting in the third row. For example, our VW Tiguan is a "7 seater", but it doesn't accept car seats in the back row, so adults have to squish in to the back row with their chin on their knees.
I have put car seats back there, but not very safely and it's a giant pain in the ass to buckle them in.
in other words, full size SUV is the way to go unless you want wing it and save money

I wouldn't have wanted to fit in between our kids seats for more than 5mins in our old s213 e class or our new 5 series and I'm not a big guy....

If you want kid's seats in the back row you may need to have a cross bar professionally fitted to attach them to... The Tarago I got for my client has one and we're gonna have to pay a qualified someone to remove it and document that officially... It's all a bit of palaver, safety schmafety, when I was a lad, etc...
If the car is driveable, and the tyre isn't flat I say take it to one of those aftermarket used tyre places as they will be able to get the locknuts off.
