Yeah tbh I think you're under-selling the car in the ad, you're obviously a top notch salesman in your work, just apply a bit of boulshiness?
Have you listed in Classic & Sports car? No idea if that's a good selling place.

Do you want some vaguely fancy photos taken of it?

If you split I'll take the seats for the MX-5, obvious joke is obvious etc. Seriously though looks nice and glws.

Just got a call to work which means I'm gonna need an estate car/pick up/van to lug tools and such around in. Most vans seem to be off limits with my current insurer.
Subaru is gonna get sold because they're so common I could easily find another. Tempted to go and view this.

@Dammit can post the Volvo to aus?
Would be the perfect family wagon... Wish I could import it, at least it wouldn't rust away here.Cars suck... My mechanic has informed me that our Audi A3 really could do with a rebuilt engine to fix the oil consumption, 8k thanks... Hopefully Audi might chip in. And as I was driving back to work in my project pug GTi6 it cut out and left me stranded on a dual lane main road. I was popular. But looks to be coils are stuffed or something electrical in the ignition system. Urgh...

I am perfectly happy to drive it to the docks if you arrange the container for it.

A pal is selling an excellent one of these if anyone wants

Listed online anywhere?

Makes me wonder if it's worth advertising on ozVolvo.org there was a guy there wanting to pay up to $15,000 aud for one. After exchange rate and import (about 2k)it might work?
-
• #36120
Not sure you can import a modified car like that to Australia that easily? I've got it in my head (probably via MCM) that it has to be a spec sold in Aus and not modified - could be wrong.
-
• #36121
I'm happy to say it's stock, it'd take someone with a qualification in 20 year old Volvo's to call bullshit from a visual inspection.
-
• #36122
Do fecking want, does it have one or two sunroof's underneath that lot though?
-
• #36123
As far as I know modified cars are not a problem, and I do think we had the 850R (not sure about the estate) - but only 50 or so in manual. Some tiny number. Hmm, well it's an option and there is a reasonable market here for fast wagons.
Actually, check mighty car mods forums - maybe turbo yoda wants to do another volvo?

That one appears to be a solid roof,
but,
assuming you are happy to have manual sunrooves, the guy in Diss can probably sort you out.
Rebrand it as a 'fully restored' car and take the mileage off.
It basically is - right? Rebuilt engine, restored interior and exterior, new brakes etc. Once something's restored the mileage is irrelevant.
