Surely anyone who believes that a 318 is an M3 is more the mug that the lad who badged it up?!

He is indeed a cunt and no longer a friend, he decided it would be good to shake the wheel side to side at 50 on a slip road with 4 of us in it- took the bus back and never again

The people the M badge will be recogniseable to are the same people that'll immediately know it's not an M3.
I like to go the other way and de-badge my fast cars. (The E36 M3 saloon made a nice sleeper.)

Here's Rosie-Jizz, my T4, up a mountain pass in the Pyrenees. She's got 287,000 miles on the clock and has just completed a 2,500 mile trip to Barcelona. Where she got broken into, bastardos.

Definitely. I prefer the understated look and Golfs do that very well.

I've accidentally bought an AEM piggyback fuel/ignition controller. Let the tuning commence...
I'm looking to break 200bhp.

NH, would your detailing chap come and get my car for a small consideration?
I'm on holiday next week and it would be very convenient to have it taken away and given a mega-thorough detail/paint rectification.

In an attempt to make it even more subtle, I've removed the badges.
In other news, I had a drag race with a G55 yesterday - they're really quick for something that weighs getting on for two tonnes...
And yes, I was beaten by a girl.

It's not surprising when they can do this...

It would look best with this, as it matches the other switches perfectly.

But that's too old to know about ipods, and they are a hell of a price. However, this will blend quite nicely, and I'll get full iPod control, charging, and bluetooth hands free for the phone. And I can plug the satnav in and have the music mute when the directions are spoken.

Bit jealy.
Indeed.
I looked at buying the W123 in question. Couldn't find any insurance cheap enough (which is odd as it is a lot slower than most of the classics I have owned) and was put off by the rust and tired interior. There are better examples out there for around the same money IMHO.
