It looks sillier due to the stupid rims and the suspension job IMNSHFO.

I sat in the back of my mate's RX7.. what a fucking joke! Had to sit sideways to fit :)
Remember him doing burnouts in the uni carpark.. ahh the good old days.Imagine the same, but with a full rollcage. If we had crashed I wouldn't be here right now because my head would have been split open like a pumpkin.

not designed for more then 2 agreed, bit like the Audi TT..why they put rear seats in is not understood, zero leg capacity..only good for midgets ;] ...
Probably some tax exemption, since they can say it's a 4 seater and not a 2-seater sports car and face heavier taxes.. or something.

Probably so people can get away with buying one as opposed to an MX-5 becuase it's more practical, "it's got 4 seats, of course it's more practical!", "nevermind what size they are, it's got 4!"

People say that the rear seats of a 911 are useless, but I'm 5'6" and I fit fine in the back. Sure the person sitting in front needs to be a similar size too, but luckily I'm the tallest in my family.

Toyota actually had a 3+1 at one of the car shows, based on the Aygo...but smaller. Wasn't enough room behind the driver for an tiny adult.

Im 5'9 and fit ok in the front, I would never however, sit in the rear seats, claustrophobic!!

Speaking of car, when I was walking in the Bloomsbury area, I manage to spotted a tiny gorgeous Lancia Fulvia 1.3S near Coram's Field (think it's the Rallye version, with a decent 92bhp, should be quite quick).
word cannot describe how much I want that little nimble car, it's perfect for London!

a friend still races his RX7 Rotary , not overly stylish admittedly, loud and obscenely quick.
Always wanted one of these but decided to wait until the convertible version was released.
And it never was.
They are quite quick though.

the power to weight ratio on the ZR1 is scary... better than the Porsche 911 GT2, the Ferrari 599 and the Lamborghini LP640

Was this Corvette designed by a woman?
too feminine?

probably poorly build? but then, American cars are usually are.

No, a few years back, when the Corvette was given a refresh, the new lines were penned by a woman and GM made a big deal about it.
Since we're on the subject are there many legendary female auto designers?
And what are their cars?

I agree,
personally,. I think this car is a death trap, its fast but that's about all you can say

well, despite it's being poorly build and all that codswallop, and Jeremy isn't one to be biased (putting it simply - not being paid by certain car manufacturer to praise their car), it does look like a fun car to drive.
speaking of poorly build cars that turn out to be fun to drive, the Ford Mustang was fun despite it's rear suspension from an 19th Century steam locomotive and using the gearbox is like stirring a bucket of coal.

all they have done is take a Corvette and add 200 hp. Strip some weight. Add other miscellaneous performance addenda. now makes the Z06 look weak and named it ZR1
