How many H+sons have actually failed?
I've seen more broken aerospokes then H+sons.

Alright Ollie.

Does anyone know/remember when the new, stronger H+Son's are coming out? I don't want to go and buy some ridiculous hipster pimp rims if I can get tougher pimpier rims soon.

BLB already got the new batch, but ridiculously expensive due to the weakened pound.
if you want tough rims, just go for Mavic Open Pro/CXP 33 or Velocity Deep V/Fusion.
thought the H plus Son is fine for everyday riding, just not for tricking.

how expensive is ridiculously expensive? had my eye on these for a while, and encouraged by the reports on the second batch...

£60 is ridiculously expensive when there's decent rims for half that price.
used to be £44 which was reasonable.

Ouch. they're sexy, but not THAT sexy....
although I may just give in, in a moment of madness, but for the moment im waaaaay too skint anyway.

Just get the velocity fusion if you're after a black rims, it still look deep due to thecolour of the rims and gyres.

£60 is what I paid from BLB mid December. You reckon this means I have one from new stronger batch?

Apart from getting the tyres on...
...or the tubes pinching... or the noise... or the ride.

Not a fan then miro_o ......

putting the tyres on isn't a mammoth task frankly, it´s a piece of piss.
The ride felt a bit linear (tramlined), it's a bastard to go over bridges in London but otherwise, it's all good.

...I was just taking the piss. I've only ridden them (not owned).
2 sets of Campag and 1 set of Mavic FTW.
