hippy your postage is either wrong or, an underground aussie joke.
Ebay forced me to list a postage option. It wouldn't let me choose 'pickup only'. It also forced me to choose paypal. Things have obviously changed since I last ebayed something.

you're very prompt at question answering
-
• #254
The bike is all there, sans wheels at the moment, so yeah. Make me an offer.
How does £30 sound?
-
• #255
Whoops, forgot about this.
No one else seems to be interested so why not? I had a quick look and think they are Athena brake levers (which would match the cranks that were on the bike when I got it).
-
• #256
As above, did you see my previous offer for the bars, stem and levers? What are you looking for them?
-
• #257
I was answering your question, bigfella.
The levers would get £20 on ebay and a few bob for the bar and stem so £30 is ok. -
• #258
Ok cool sorry, what about the cables, I guess I could need to wrap the bars again. Did you use an ahead converter or are they threadless forks?
-
• #259
Cables are an extra £80.
Joke.
What about the cables? If you run brakeless or single brake you would remove both or one.
If you're running single speed then you'd keep them both.
You can either re-tape them after removal, they may just slide out or do what I did with the Condor and just cut the unused cable at the edge of the bar tape. Slightly shabby but I'm lazy and also see no point in de-taping bars just for the sake of removing a cable. I'll wear the tape out soon enough and then remove the stray cable.
Threadless forks so no converter. -
• #260
I will run both brakes but as my bike is bigger I will need to re-tape the bars which is no problem.
Shall I meet you next week?
-
• #261
I've taken the bars off. Will try and bring them into the office this week.
-
• #262
we all know those bars just fell off...
-
• #263
off the back of a truck.
-
• #264
I'm back now.
I'll have to take the cranks off since the frame's going...

I'm back too!
Still no major rush for them. Let me know when's good for ya. Ta. -
• #265
I've just taken the cranks off and checked, they're 170mm not 165mm. I think you wanted 165 right?
-
• #266
Ai I did. Don't think 170 will work for what I had planned for them.
So I'm out! Soz.
-
• #267
No worries. I'm almost tempted to use these on the TT bike now.
-
• #268
its only 5mm, whats the big deal... sheesh
-
• #269
bigfella: The bars are now in the office so when you can make it to Liverpool St. let me know.
-
• #270
hippy arent you a bit pissed that the soma is at £155 with only 1 hour 55 mins to go?
-
• #271
Did you bring the stem too? I might be able to meet you today...
-
• #272
its only 5mm, whats the big deal... sheesh
To quote Hippy

-
• #273
Did I miss clearout #2?
-
• #274

-
• #275

"I'm NOT posting this even though stupid ebay insists I have a postage cost."
