The police are the ones who start the trouble here.

Of course the police are being cunts, but then he wanted a reaction from them. Both sides have problems and need to relax a bit. You wouldn't be able just film an arrest like this in France or Spain for example.

There is no indication at all that he set out to get a reaction. There is every sign that the officer set out to get a reaction.

It's all fucked up here. 99% kids hanging on the streets and making noise at night are black. When police stop them, kids moan about racism and harassment. Then police disappears for some time and the anti-social behaviour starts again, all the parents moan to the housing association and police that not enough is done to keep the streets quiet. Police bursts into the estate to catch the drug dealers. They complain about racism and harassment. Here we go again...
And there's this culture of spectating. Very young kids always spill out on the streets here whenever something is happening. There are maybe 3 to 5 drug dealers being arrested and the whole gang has maybe 30 people in it, but all the youngers get in the way making noise, girls fucking start screaming about racism and it gets messy again.
[strike]I'm not sure [/strike] I'm pretty sure police has no idea what they're doing in our neighbourhood and what/who they're against. Also kids have no idea what's really happening, but of course they know everything better.
