Mildly irritated about all the high minded over analysis on TV about the rioters.

It might sound odd, but for some people, having a fight, making trouble and having a riot is exciting and exhilarating, its got nothing to do with high politics or little girls, its a chance to have fun with your mates and feel powerful.

Particularly when it's sunny. We wouldn't be getting this if it was pissing it down.

Yep some rioters just don't think and want to throw stones, not everyone is politically motivated. Fighting the cops and all that. Definitely racist and criminal elements in the Belfast riots though.

It's messed up though that now people don't feel safe after their shops got burnt out.

I went out running through Woolwich at the peak of the Ldn riots and saw someone coming out of Sports Soccer with an armful of looted vests labelled at £1 each. Their risk/reward calibration requires adjustment.
