That's the one. A cousin-in-law really and even then not particularly close. Maybe I should get my uncle to draw that bit of the family tree sometime. Maybe put it into something like Gramps (anyone used it?).

With the exception of the Garden Bridge, Johnson has never expected any of this rubbish to become reality. He uses the announcements to conjure up the illusion that he has political ideas and a political life of his own. It doesn't matter when they're subsequently binned, as the impression that he tries to shake things up and innovate will persist with people who don't really pay attention.
