IANAL so wondering if there’s an age restriction to trying someone for perjury if under a certain age? I don’t know how old the ‘children’ cited here are (not following too closely) but wondering if under 16’s (18’s?) cannot be prosecuted here? If so would be a pretty underhand tactic albeit not entirely surprising.

In the judgement, the judge goes to quite some lengths to point out that most of these kids were victims in this too. I.e being used. I doubt anything would come of that.
