Household/contents insurance doesn't specifically, but most of those policies include "personal liability insurance"
Many of them include legal cover. Often ones which cover bikes also cover you for road related accidents/incidents.

Here's some good news at last:
Now wait for the Government to abandon the Paris accord and for Johnson not to lie down in front of any bulldozers but to drive one. Well, briefly, for a photo opp.

*not Brexit this time, massive corruption and incompetence...

It would be really great if this holds, evidence of climate talks actually having a tangible impact.

Wtf is going on in Paris? Some people have set fire to some scooters, blocked the fire services from putting it out, and now it seams like the Gare de Lyon is on fire? It's also something to do with a concert?

UK Government would have to re-write the Airports National Policy statement, this time with due regards for Paris Agreement. Grant Shapps showed no inclination to do that, shoving 3rd Runway off as a commercial development. Either Shapps is stupid and has misunderstood the Court decision, or, that was the indolent dePfeffel administration signalling to Heathrow Airport Limited they are on their own, with no prospect of a 3rd runway.
