just been down mare street. buses are running and things seem pretty normal. only saw one smashed window. the money exchange place at the end of well street has already had its shutters replaced.

Newington Green is quiet as far as I know, sandwiched as we are between Essex Rd and Kingsland Road. There are more exciting places to go I suppose. Don't get me wrong, I'm not going outside to find out.

Just spent a few mins in my front room. Heard a few "Where are their parents?" and "but black kids are the ones with the knives they should be searched!" so I left them to it.

By mornign they should have a strategy sorted out
