Just back from a nose around Camden Town. About 70 kids moving north 30 mins ago (where there are piles of police, or at least police cars). Station shut for the night. Headed up to Kentish Town/Chalk farm, but the hoodies still hanging around thought there were rumours of police dogs and were moving on.

Newington Green is quiet as far as I know, sandwiched as we are between Essex Rd and Kingsland Road. There are more exciting places to go I suppose. Don't get me wrong, I'm not going outside to find out.

I was there earlier - abandoned to the looters, JD Sports emptied and they were trying to smash their way into the mobile phone shops and banks. Hundreds of kids.
