The Tesco add debate started last year because they included a muslim family https://www.lbc.co.uk/news/tesco-defends-muslim-family-christmas-advert/
Obviously the racist trolls have been primed this year to make comments even though most of them are factually wrong (aka lying) about the content and mix of this years add. -

That makes sense if you don't believe everyone is a moron, but they are, there's a ton of grade A idiots out there who have no ability to think critically or question what they're being told.

This is how we're going to all die isn't it, some shitty software update will end up launching a nuclear war

I really want to better understand how Gerrard Batten made the jump from BT phone line salesman of 28 years to UKIP leader. Apparently he has some pretty strong contacts with Russian businessman and politicians. How do you build those relationships cold calling people from an office in Bracknell?

So that would be part of understanding why people do things. Being able to think critically or question what you're being told isn't some innate thing that only people drawn to fixed gear bicycles have. The morons out there now might only be suitable for punching in the most part, but if you can pinpoint some of the failings that led to such moronity then hopefully you can avoid it from the start. I'm not convinced that doing so is particularly advantageous to most people in charge however so a lot of other people get left by the wayside so that power is maintained and far right ideals spreading because of this is seen as acceptable collateral damage.

Batten lives in Forest Gate, a couple of streets up from me (fuck knows why you'd move to this part of East London if you're an islamophobe).
He's had bricks through the window a few times. I wouldn't condone that at all though.
PM me for his address.

yeah but you're presumably intellectually and emotionally equipped to identify cuntosity at source - i suspect there's plenty of people out there who are flirting with the notion of fashery who may very easily be pushed over the edge into full blown punchomancy given the right nudge.
...presumably.
