It’s a big scam. They’re trying to say that if we remain in the EU then we in Britain can have summertime all year round. But if we leave we will continue to have six months of the year where we have a mean time of it.

Means that if you are near the border in Ireland and miss a phone call you can cross and it’ll be an hour earlier so you can pick the phone up this time round.

It'll take longer than that hour to get through the customs checks and inspections.
