  • Horrible ride home; someone knocked down receiving ambulance attention on Euston Road right outside UCH A&E entrance, had to make diversion as Covent Garden being closed down because of that taxi and then another crash of some kind outside LAS HQ on Waterloo Road with at least one casualty. Driver 'had a fit' according to Twitter witness.

  • Some of he old cop shops are grade 2 listed buildings ( e.g. the Lee SE12 nick is now called the Met Apartments) and that one up Shooters Hill - Peel Place, Shooters Hill, London, SE18.
Loverly old cells and helping to alleviate the housing crisis.

  • You’re probably right. However, he was also saying that the younger women are not always victims and often the predator.

  • Michael Fallon has resigned!

(I guess his deviance was just a little too extreme...)

  • Fallon has gone

    ^ beaten to it

  • Allegedly, he resigned over the Julia Hartley-Brewer story, but that seems unlikely. The darker stories - hinted at in the spreadsheet that has been circulating - are doubtless the real reason.

  • I wasn't expecting him to fall on his sword, but good riddance, except that there will probably be someone even more incompetent to replace him.

  • he's gonna need his own... defence secretary.

  • "I've been a cunt but let me tell you all the nice things I've done"

  • Still an MP though, just resigned his ministerial post.

  • In what way is it more concerning?

  • because they're actual rape allegations and there is the very real possibility that someone senior in the party advised the alleged victim to keep quiet about it. what part of this are you struggling with?

  • The attack dog has something nasty in that there closet.

  • Fallon was resigned because multiple women contacted Downing St today with further allegations

  • Fully tooled-up poliss on the tracks and around Forest Hill station just now

  • The brevity of Liam Fox's entry is amusing though.

    "Cattle" ?

Seriousness of allegations notwithstanding, I'm not in the least bit surprised that May's government will be remembered for the classic Tory pastimes - Europe and Sleaze.

  • "Adam Werrity"

  • “Fisting Adam Werrity”

    Pretty sure it fits.

  • First comment = rant about cycle lanes. Brilliant.

  • "fisting...
    Pretty sure it fits.

    TMI Andy, TMI

  • Cabinet reshuffle = "great success"

  • Theresa May is the planet's second most powerful woman. I reckon a snap election right about now could really consolidate that power.
