I suppose my point is it is easy to dismiss accusations of BBC bias as being driven by the personal bias of the commentator as it always seems to come from people with a strong POV and it always seems to come from both ends of the political spectrum.

Until someone can summarise all the evidence in an easy to read 140 characters I'll continue in my unsubstantiated belief that, although there may be variation between individual presenters/journalists/editors, the BBC managers to maintain overall balanced reporting within the boundaries of what I think is acceptably. This may be an extreme view in these heady days of the echo chamber but I think I'll get by.

Exactly this, and as long as the BBC maintains some form of balance, the accusations will continue from both sides.

"studying events management at Manchester Metropolitan University."
bright career...
Is there any actual evidence? All I hear is left and right wing people complaining that the BBC doesn't agree with them. There must be a study somewhere.
