Miuras have a habit of dripping fuel onto the manifold when not run at higher rpm. something about float bowls in the carbs. When driven at speed or with big throttle inputs the engine generally sucks the fuel through. Might be a myth but the required action when one caught fire was to stamp on the throttle and this would suck the flames into the engine and stop a fire happening.

i imagine sticking the wrong spark plugs in the fucker will have a similarly less than optimal result.
