Huffpost...
The Tory peer has caused his own share of controversies as a coalition minister, after attacking people for pursuing a "lifestyle" on benefits,, insisting there was no link between benefit cuts and an increased use of food banks, telling families hit by the bedroom tax can "go out to work or use a sofa bed", and likening benefit claimants to corpses.

He accidently shoots his wife, then turns round and accidently shoots his daughter who runs off. Having reloaded he then, again, accidently, shoots his daughter who by now is in the kitchen. Then he tries to kill himself but the gun doesn't go off.
Ok. -

Seems legit, what a terrible accident.

Have to admire the I've started so I'll finish attitude, most would have paused to mourn the dead wife or even the dead daughter but he had dogs to kill and that's exactly what he did.

i see that cowardly dullard andrew critchlow has been allowed to vomit forth his worthless, half-formed shitpinions on the torygraph again. note how they file their cycling articles under 'men' - tells you all you need to know about this shitrag and its attitude to cycling.

Poor fucker can't even get some support from the Torygraph BTLers. I liked this one:
I really do not understand all this calling for licences, mirrors etc. The misguided motorist's logic seems to be:
1) For safety reasons, all cycles should be equiped with mirrors.
2) It is dangerous for cyclists to cycle 2 or 3 abreast so bikes should be fitted with a side seat and back seat(s) so that other cyclists can travel as passengers and remove road congestion
3) In wet conditions, having only 2 wheels is dangerous. All bikes should therefore be equipped with 4 wheels as standard.
4) For additional comfort, the bike should have a roof
5) Cyclists go so much slower than the other traffic so should be equipped with motors to propel them faster.
6) Cycles should be renamed cars. -

Doesn't seem to be any pockets in that dress she is wearing, so pretty likely that was in her hand the whole time.
Checking the usage of her phone, then various bits of electronics in the car that would have responded to the tumble.. it should be a pretty straightforward case if the police bothered taking it no?

Interesting how it only seems to be Z-list celebrities' cars that are driven, while the vehicles of unknowns seem to drive themselves. Has any research been done into this?

He was drunk. I think he's probably an alcoholic, and probably depressed. I've made this up, but to me it would explain the bizarre behaviour. The alcos in my family used to threaten to kill each other regularly.

Zero hours is also another problem, as people will struggle when there's less demand for them, says during the winter.
Then again, @hoops will tell me I'm just making excuses again.
