Sort of, except that Topshop didn't create the range, Cyclodelic did. Topshop merely had it on a temporary concession.

I dont know what that means, but any factual inaccuracies in relation to the TopShop/Cyclodelic bit should be attributed to a journalista by the name of Rachel Wells. A chap called John Bailey concocted the main article.
