Some joker who left a fixie outside easy hours unlocked. Bike had no brakes, no foot retension, some kind of uncapped steel rod for handlebars. Anyone? Doubt you'd own up to that.

I saw the Swinnerton lo-pro outside the Hart and Hand on Saturday night! That's a nice ride, just lo-pro enough to look aggressive but not so steep as to be unrideable.

Srs, that sounds like Tom's bike! If you see that guy again nocar, collar him and ask him detailed questions about his bike! If he can't answer then he's a thief/stolen bike owner!
