Yeah, if it's steel then it'll bend pretty easily into shape. I'm running a 120mm hub in a beater frame which is meant to be 130 - and it's been re-welded where marco snapped both chainstays!

You can get plates welded onto the chainstays and bb shell if you want a bombproof pedal grinding machine. Some like superted could probably do that for you. Or anyone with a welding plant for that matter! It's dead easy to just add a sheet of metal on, you wouldnt even need any jigs. Just get one guy to hold it in place whilst you tack it on and then weld away. Sorted.

or just get butter and smear it underneath.

I wasn't doing anything, it was sitting in the garage! It could have been the week and a half that I'd spent ragging it around London that did it though. Yes, it is indeed time for a decent and strong frame!

Can't imagine it tolerating wallrides, drops and bunnyhop 180's too well though, i've got the bunnyhop 180 in the works by the way Phil....one day soon mate, one day soon!

Hed3's are wicked wheels but not tough enough to tolerate the kind of abuse us lot chuck at em though, for a speed demon like Kyle though its great, he should get the rear disc wheel then maybe he might beat me at the next drag sprints :p.
