He isn't an international winger yet. A few years in France will prob sort that out.

Also, at 21 with some money on offer, good on him. Ashton is speaking shit in that article. If he is as good as all the frothy mouthed 'get Arundel on' lot say he is, he will come back a superstar.

Andy Farrell contracted to Ireland until 2027. Guy knows when he's onto a good thing.

Also with the new WC format, he knows he'll be the first Ireland coach to win a knockout match barring a disaster.

Louis Rees-Zammit is jacking in Rugby and fucking off to the NFL.
But gutted, he always caused a spark on the pitch, especially when he gets to stretch his legs. -

Didn't have that on my bingo card for another dismal Welsh 6N.

Just been brought to my attention that it's been 30 years since this... Bloody hell, I'm old.

Noooo, our chances of victory gone🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

Good luck - actually took up a not wholly appropriate amount of time last year😂
-
• #5164
Cheers, I need to actually think about it this year
-

So it can be a bit of a rabbit hole if you read the rules - as in all of them - but if you want to be fully invested do so - half an hour juggling teams and looking over team sheets and agonising over your super sub over a coffee on game day morning is a thing

By chance I’ve been keeping half an eye on Pasolo Tuilagi (yep, another one) who has been called up to the senior squad- born (I think) and brought up in France , the son of infamous Perpignan powerhouse Henry Tuilagi. He is an absolute monster and has seriously improved since his early France U20 days when he sort of resembled the really massive and overweight kid at U12 who’s twice the size of everyone else but struggles to keep up but pushes players and takes 5 kids to pull him down as he wades through them. He’s massively developed his fitness and all round game and is now a Top14 regular. At only 19, if he continues this development he’s gonna be one of the worlds leading locks in 2-3 years

Imagine lifting him in a lineout... The lad looks incredible.

Living peak performance meme
-
• #5170
Ha - I think he's more of a lifter - I first started watching him 2 years ago and it's more the improvement in two years, particularly his conditioning, tackle count and ability to play 80 minutes that's really stuck out. A similar jump in the next 3-4 years, which at 19 is far from impossible would out hi right up there (except in the line out!)

I'll enter again, as tempting as it is to abstain to maintain undefeated status from last year ;)

oooo, our chances of victory gone🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
I was going to point out I didn't actually win...
-
• #5173
Has he lost some weight? He was 150kg I think. Big will Skelton was a bit of a blob untill Saracens made him lose the excess and now he is a monster.
-
• #5174
Yeah, he certainly looks in better shape and his game is showing it! He was just tubby wasn’t he whereas now he’s still carrying some extra timber and whilst it’s hard to tell looks like he’s 1) lost a bit of weight 2)turned a bit into more useful bulk/weight/muscle. Like I say, it’s more in the way he makes a lot of tackles (more than you’d expect), carried and plays more minutes so obviously in much better shape

Who did? They don’t seem to have mentioned it @Saffronspokes looking forward to it
Saves Borthwick the hassle of concocting reasons for not picking him and playing someone out of position instead.
