  • rugby? can't we just skip that and go straight to the showers?

  • England were a discrace.

    England were a disgrace.

what did they do exactly, drop their trousers and curl a few out? furiously masturbate in front of the Queen? what?

I don't follow Rugby BTW, despite having a relative with a stupid name who sometimes plays for the bad losers from the other side of the globe , and a mate who's married to shane horgan's sister.

  • now where's Hippy and Badtmy…

I actually don't mind union, so i watched the game today. thought wales defended better than the wallabies, who gave away too many penalties at the wrong times. wallabies looked a bit leaderless after losing their captain due to a clash of heads in the 2nd minute. can't win them all.

that said, being a melbourne boy it's really about the AFL for me when it comes to football codes.

  • England were much better today. NZ were easy winners but England were comitted. It wasent untill the end when the fitness levels really started to show. Good show Endlnad. I hope they build on it.

As long as you don't mind all that cock and arse grabbing on the pitch, fine with me. :D

  • England were much better today.

    Eng 6 - NZ 32

    I want what you're smoking.

  • i think, he means england were much better. not better than NZ. but showing signs of improvement.

  • Cheers damo. That is what I ment (wich was pretty clear unless you are trying to pick holes in anything because your team just lost to the welsh). ;)

  • My team? Logic Fail. I follow cycle sport not shitball.

"Your" team just lost (by a huge margin) to the Kiwis. Sheep shagged!

  • England were better today, although still ill disciplined at times.

I love when teams stand up to the haka; I faced 5 Siva Tau's on tour in Samoa and all it did was make us more determined... pretty epic stuff.

  • Where's that video of the guy doing the little dance haka? Funny

As mentioned earlier I'm not exactly a committed England fan but when you get four yellow cards in one game it's pretty tough to be competitive.. A couple were fair (blatantly hitting someone in the face and some cynical handling in a ruck) but the ref was inconsistent.. Not warning someone for an infringement and giving them a yellow card isn't that bad if he applies the same thing to the oppo but he didn't..

Disappointing as Rolland is usually a decent ref

Also, it was all worth it for me to see Rokocoko's no-look pass sprint thing.. Amazing

  • I love the Quins.
I have nothing more to add.

  • I played today and it was pretty much like this:

Apart from it was raining much more and really cold :(

  • You guys should try water-based lube. It's much cleaner.

  • seeing as though there are so many hardnuts among us, why dont we put a team together and play against some roadies or unicyclists? OR if there are numbers we could do 7s or something?

  • "do 7s"?

Damn I've only managed to do 1s and 2s!

  • maybe I shouldve said we could play-[ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rugby_sevens"]sevens [/ame]

  • :)

  • rugger eh?

    good show

  • my game was cancelled yesterday, wet pitches, go figure.

  • wet pitches again this week, six nations central it is!

  • Stevo, Is that all OA games off this weekend? I was looking for people to watch the Rugby with. Where are you watching it? I will see if I can get Matt along as well (if he isnt playing away).

  • all games off, yep. (thank god as I'd been called up to the one's to play a cup game against a London 2 side, we're only London 4 and middle table at that!)

they're showing it on the projector/big screen up at the club which I might go to, CHUG's watching it down at the C&H though, haven't decided, depends on who's going to be at the club. Dunno about Matt.

I would prefer the club TBH, cheaper beer and feel more at home there. Fancy it?
