If i were you i would speak to Jos at tour de ville. i paid 200 for my frame + 50 for a respray and i absolutely love it. he has loads of 'em i believe and they have history too.

i did a similar thing, but just with a wheel build, was going to get more parts from them, then went round the corner to TFG who were cheaper anyways but said they'd beat any BLB price...

after searching it seems everything is cheaper on the net, tokyo fixedgear possibly cheapest walk in retail, blb probably most expensive....

just gonna grab hubs, rims and spoikes and get my mate to build the wheels for beers...

i am an over eager fool it has to be said...got a bit more of a deal than the above, about £50 saved off that price, but still reckon if I'd waited for an online deal i could have got the black suginos for less than that...or I wish I'd have know about Toyko sooner, had no idea I was getting steadily pissed round the corner...

checked out Jos's stuff at TDV as well and would highly recommend, great guy....I however was looking for a slightly different bike to his great vintage items...more of a modern take with straight forks, no lugs etc...

almost finished the build and does look amazing, reckon will finish this eve...pics to follow

TFG are doing black Sugino75 (£147) + Sugino 75 BB (£52) + Zen Messenger chainring (£40) for £239. I will sell it for a bit less than that eh.. :)

Blimey! I paid £150 for my black SG75 + chainring a year and a bit ago and thought I was getting ripped off then (Condor)... This shit's gettin' crazy... I need to sleep on this... NJS build delayed 'til 2010, methinks... :/

time like these I wish I actually brought another set, £44 for a Sugino Messenger crankset is a bargain back then.

@Edscoble - The Sugino Messenger is the RD2 crank though, no ? Lot cheaper than a 75 crank

Sugino 75 is NOT the Sugino Messenger crank!
The 75 is around £140 now, not including ring, not including BB.
No idea about the cheaper Messenger crankset

I'm aware it's not, the Messenger crankset cost about £70 now.
