Sydney Moon FTW!!!
But seriously I got the same problem, only thing is I've noticed how pronounced my moobs are when I tighten up the straps, I'm sure they didn't used to be there, best lay of the beers and hit the road a bit harder for a while.

As has been said...Tighten ALL the straps properly tight....a LOT of people i see riding with messenger style bags have the bag too low and too loose....hence...it swings like a knob on a donkey with rickets!

You should swap it for the MessenJah Bag, its got no fucking straps but hangs in there somehow

I've got the straps pretty tight (tight enough that when I swing it around it's difficult to get things out of it) but I'll tighten it up even more and see how that works out.

If it's set tight enough you shouldn't really be able to swing it round to access it....that's why messenger style bags need quick adjust buckles....so you can wear them fully tight when riding but then quickly loosen them so they drop down and you can then swing them round for access.....so it does sound like you can tighten more.
A picture of you wearing it how you would normally have it set would help to see what the problem might be. -

I've managed to get it sorted now. Mega tight. That's the idea. Also, to the comments of "Timbuk2 are shite" I got the bag new for £50 and at the time there were no chrome bags for less than about £80. I'll buy a Chrome when I'm in america over the summer. Then I'll have a Timbuk2 to dump on someone from the forum. ;)
@Scrapper
Thanks for helping my mind.
