On the dancing front I ended up doing some lindy hop for a while, was lots of fun but I was too cheap to continue the classes.

This is probably true, if a cyclist was good on their feet they would do other sporting activities.

Well I went back to the the lindy hop yesterday after a looooong hiatus.

Kinda of envious of you londoners, seems to be a variety of top notch swing dancing stuff every night of the week. Probably a lot better too, I get the impression what I see in the class is a super square namby pamby version of what it is supposed to be.

I do lindy hop too, it's fun. Whereabouts are you based?
