Um.. check your facts bitch.. they have scantily clad blokes in their clothes as well..
Assos is expensive because it's the best. Rapha is expensive because some knob has to pay their marketing budget.

True the ground effect stuff looks like it bought from millets.
IMO if you really want merino + retro then buy a merino base layer from uniglo and a retro top from prendas, far more versatile.
I love this one

Instead of buying one, you could just Biro it!
....I'll get my coat.

solo stuff's available at mosquito. i had a look at some of their kit. wasn't overly impressed with the quality but the style is pure oldskool cool.

yeah... assos stuff. i dunno. i know it's good quality. but i gave up on pretending to be an astronaut when i hit ten. and yeah... marketing cycling gear using topless women is kinda a bit too much.
personally, i'm thinking that oldskool look doesn't look back far enough. i'm saving my pennies for one of these dashing tweed outfits:

i think this lot do much nicer vintage stuff. Rapha prices, though, which kind of proves that is what top qwality costs.

Did you mean Polish or polished?
