Have been great for me. Placed my 3rd order with them yesterday (2nd set of OnOnce Track Chainsets)

Well I'm afraid its all frowns again now, they promised me a refund within 24hrs two days ago and still no refund and they aren't answering my e-mails anymore.

When you ring them its an answer phone and they don't get back to you on that either, its a shoddy way to treat customers whichever way you look at it, 11 days that they've had my money now.

Used Paypal so it should be instant, I wouldn't be so bothered but it seems impossible to actually speak to somebody who works there. Its like dealing with a utility company they don't actually seem to want to speak to you.

stressful times - computer system has been totally snafu'd, staff shortages, and the weather have really screwed things up over the last couple of weeks - to say we've been a bit stretched of late is an understatement. just telling how it is - not coming up with excuses
jones has finally been sorted out - thanks for his patience - its an example of frustrating an issue can become, its highlighted some of the communication flaws in our system - which have been duly noted.
the website now appears to regained some stability, we're getting our stock control and web store talking to each other again, hopefully our sick colleagues will be better soon, and i believe spring is around the corner...
