Nice one Rik. Beer and meetings may not be a good "idea," but if I get my motion carried, it'll be in the club constitution.
(can someone put that on the agenda?)

My birthday is Valentines Day, so I expect to be allowed to win.
And re: the meeting, Gabes/Rik are either of you going down? 'Cause it would be cool if you could pick me up on the way, else I'll get lost (I'm on De Beauvoir Road).

For instance, people like Bill, Mike and Roxy (and a number of others, just using these as an example) have really been instrumental in establishing and promoting bike polo in London over the last few years.
Flattered as I am to be included in that list, I have been no more instrumental than any other London polo player in establishing polo in London.
On the other hand, Mike and Roxy have done absolutely heaps!

for the venue, I just been in the Horseshoe, they will be more than happy to host our meeting on the 17th of Nov, **at 8 o'clock. **
There will not be charge other than people drinking.
we have the upper floor, with no bar or music on it.
what do you think?
