I used to really like my old Look 464, I should have kept that one for track duties

So buy a Look 464 for track duties. Problem solved.

Went for a Dolan Seta this time.
Will see how this goes.

The frame alone is so much lighter than the Planet X which was circa 1.9kg!

The Dolan site says 1780g but doesn't make it clear if that includes fork, seatpost etc

My friends 56cm pre cursa is 1.8 something kg for just the frame, my 58cm seta is just shy of 1kg on the same scales.

Yup UD carbon so you won't see a weave.

I wonder why they don't make it any longer.

Unless I'm being thick, frame options for the weight conscious road fixeh rider are very limited.

Everything is aluminium and 1.5kg+, whereas <1kg road frames are everywhere.

I'd like to see more light fixed frames but I'm not sure there's too much of a market between the super sensible scoble types, silly fixeh skidders and track racers.
