hello people i want to by some clipless pedals i want spd but ride fixed so need to be able to pull up my leg to skid so do mtb spd pedals have more tension than spd sl pedals and can i put mtb pedal cleets on road shoes

nope... but I've heard diadora are meant to be nice fitting.
I struggled with the fit of shimanos, a bit short in the big toe so would need a size up, size up were a bit broad... however i've got some of their winter boots which i'm enjoying, apart from them being a bit broad.
