I've unfortunately taken the greedy route to Mammon and decided to grasp as much filthy lucre off the tourists in town today as possible . Also i want to save all the fishes Emo-boy was intending to drag out of the river by their lips .

So, after the polo attendance fail I decided to go on a long bike ride. I ended up cycling down to London and then ended up at Downham Road, played polo, and got drunk. It was great and people seem really down with the Cambridge Tournament. It should be a blast.
In other news, the sun was shining so much that as well as Hayden-esque tan lines on my arms, the only part of my legs with a tan is the top of my knees. Needless to say it looks pretty darn stupid.
Who's in tomorrow night?
No swearing.

No polo bike! I was cycling down and then decided to go to the polo court. People were nice enough to lend me a mallet and bike. After the ride and a cider though I definitely had old wobbly legs. Bad news.

offishally we are now only booking the court (not the lights) and only once every two weeks on a tuesday night. basically we are sharing tomorrow night with kids that are able to part themselves from their mcdonalds/xbox/heroin, and next week we are booked in (£10) so about a quid each.

There is always the MUGA in Arbury, up by the Meadows community centre. It is a similar size to the Trumpington court and would be good practice for the tournament.
