Also if anyone would like to be the named individual on the lease ( we can't have an organisation) let us know. I'm far too responsible for the role.

I need some ball carriers for Geneva . Clement has asked for 50 super hot pinks.
Also this new contract , I'm struggling to find the time to go through this , it needs to be checked out by a lawyer, Rik's ( rollerblade) partner has offered to do this. There are a few details to thrash out. Maybe need to liase with reworks and rollergirls too.

The main contentious issues are.

1. Backdating rent to 1st of June, leaving the date open on the contract.
   
2. Vat on rent Can a charity charge it?
   
3. Individual not organisation on the lease
   
4. Insurance
   
5. Terms of lease, rubbish collection 3rd parties , use etc

Also apparently I owe 45?! Where has this come from? And why has this only come up now? I thought we usually asked for 15 monthly..? I assumed because I hadn't been asked that the two tournaments paid for it..

Luca check with Jamie what you owe. Me and Lee just paid 30 for june and july. A while ago we all agreed to pay 15 a month subs . Quite a lot of poloists set up direct debits into the polo bank account. It's not fair to expect them to bear the brunt of our debts at the present we have a 720 quid bill to pay.

When and where would the contract need to be looked over, if there is a time and date when someone can look at it then I would be happy to go if I am free too. When are we going to discuss things with the roller girls?? Would be good to sort this and would be happy to help in any way I can even if it's just cycling around with a piece of paper for people to look at.

As for the £45 subs, I thought when Jim became treasurer that we were all going to pay £15 a month regardless of tournaments or not, so that we have extra money for when things need to be bought or in case we need to pay up some money like in this case. Is everyone paying?

im saying that im happy to pay, but would rather of paid £15 a month like we always have rather than £45 whenever money is needed (harder for me) and i cant set up a DD because never have money in account.

anyway who wants to play polo more often next week.... like 4 times?

So when would it suit everyone involved in Cambridge Bike polo to meet up to discuss and move forward on this?

Next Sunday for the meeting? At the court or where? 5pm so people have the day if they dont want to play polo.

Wish John h lived up here. Anyway I'm working tues night but can swing by before to participate in a discussion and can spend my nights at work typing up anything if needed (I will need direction though)
