I'm back tonight :) back to the normal now ,we'r settled in our new home,can't wait to see you guys & get my hands drity

We're gonna get right on our tournament jobs tomorrow. Also can help early-ish on sat or can go down warehouse and complete any task delegated. Not around next thurs to mop but free on weds if that's any good? Coming down tonight so can speak about tit then

good effort by the court cleaning team tonight, thanks for your help, new record of 1 1/2 hours to mop and dry it. anything else need doing on the weekend? i guess the court needs some rebuilding in areas?

move projector to side wall (might need a tower again)

Go around to local shops etc looking for sponsorship/prizes and distribute posters
Help RV with anything needed for the prizegivings / opening ceremonies
Keep an eye out for pallets/wood

so if you dont know already the thursday after our tournament (two weeks today) brendan is doing a viral advert for chunk and is going to use us as characters, emmet will be down aswell so can play some team games, josh is gathering a few people to be an 'audience' hayden is main character!! and tomorrow night he wants to come and do some storyboarding and also play a couple of games so is anyone down to play a bit tomorrow evening?

So I just found out that I have to work most of this weekend, most evenings and there is a high chance I will have to work the next weekend too. As I am no longer playing with the B–Man and Young Max, it's not such a problem for playing in a team but it does mean that I can't be certain I'll be available to utilise my vocal talents over the weekend of the tournament.

I'm really sorry for being a flake, it's just not really avoidable at the moment.

I just had a look on the main polo thread for the tournament.
Can Josh or a moderator up date the opening thread and make an announcement.

1. Starting and finish times and a complete timetable for Friday Saturday and Sunday.
   
2. Accommodation and what and where people can kip in the warehouse.
   3 format and line ups now we are past closing date for registration.
   
3. Free food on Saturday menu and times
   

RV i've done a post in the main thread, but left out menu (I'm not sure what Jim is cooking, maybe he could write in there what the menu will be?), plus I've shown all the non-paying teams (which coincidentally includes all the cambridge teams bar RV's Touch Up).

Perhaps the Cambridge teams could sort out their payment by Friday next week, or you'll lose your testes/boobies (whichever bigger).

Jim - I've paid Mavericks entry fee £30.00 directly into the CBP bank account. Hope this is OK.

You guys might be all sofa'ed out but before we give ours to Sally Ann's, do you want a big three seater sofa? If anyone can collect it, you can have it.

Ali and I went to a few shops today looking for prizes. We managed to get a prize off Ben Hayward cycles.
It looks quite positive that we'll also get something off station cycles, Billy's and the Claud butler shop on mill road. We have to go speak to the managers Monday as they weren't there today.
Unfortunately we didn't have posters else we could have done that too. Ali can get some Sunday at the court if someone can bring some down.
If anyone else intends on going to shops for prizes let us know and we'll tell you where we've already been.

Also, anyone know where my old orange frame is? I left it by the court and it got put in the dungeon, I've all the parts ready to convert it into a loaner but can't find the frame
