  • Ha , just do the Crystal meth myself ................... Can you get any Ed?

I might be able to pull a few strings, don't think it'll help much with getting rid of the loud generator.

    have you tried earplugs?

  • Sorry what did you say ?

  • Step 1. Stop Listening to The Fall
    Step 2. Buy a gun.....a BIG Gun :)

Hope so , I hate the generator on the new veggie stall next door . What do you think i should do about it.

    1. Turn my stereo up to drown it out with the Fall
    2. Set fire to the fucking thing
    3. Complain to the council, Pope, UN , Court of human rights
    4. Get over it
    5. get a generator similar to an Atkinson lorry engine like they have at the fair to run the dodgems
    6. Move away don't answer the phone
    7. Kill myself and say look who is sorry now in my suicide note
    8. Get a job in finance
    9. make a sonic deflector out of an old dingy and a mountain bike
      10.Gipsy curse it

    any other suggestions?

  • Sorry what did you say ?

I said i can pull some strings....but munching on meth won't solve your problem

  • maybe tie a rope to it and drag it off up the road with the van?

  • how about you rob it and use it to power flood lights for polo that way two good things come out of it

  • now that issss a plan

  • They'll know its me . I'm just gonna get a louder boombox .

  • I said i can pull some strings.

    I want lines not strings

thats sounds like something a priest would say during a funeral! you feeling ok rv?

great day, thank you all and sundry for a lovely sunny day of happy polo :)

  • Must be a record for me , i was down at the court for 8 hours today !
I think we're getting better non? it don't feel like it though .

Julian was very good especially as he had the wrong gear and had never played before...

  • we are getting better

in reply to your fb message rv, i have no idea where the blue mallet is, thought you'd picked it up? lee's got the black headed one in his mota

  • Which mallet you got ? The one with a little bit of blue 50mm in it ?

  • What about your old one the one i threw into the tree?

  • i thought you'd picked my old one up?? i haven't got it!?? it's got a good ski pole on it so worthy of salvage. i've got your special black and blue inny one with the S shaped ski pole :D

  • Cheers Harvey...absolutely loving yesterday, definitely going to come down and play again.

Pity my slashed sidewall is still giving me grief, got another blowout on the way into the office...

Perhaps this is a good excuse to build up a polo bike!

  • Sorry to hear you got another puncture , bit of a wind up though coz the tyre was newish looking. if you find a frame for Polo i can braze in track ends and shorten the chain stays to make an old road frame shorter for you, and i got some pipe for a mallet too. Wheels seem to be taking the most abuse , something strong like deep v's with loads of thick spokes is the way to go i reckon , cheaper options don't seem to last .

  • Thanks, I'll bear that in mind. Any ideas where i can pick up a cheap frame, does rick get many in?

Maybe for a bevy or three you could fashion together a nice girly mallet for me using one of the pink ski poles greasyboy's just offered ;)
