Bicycle Ambulance sell 24t ish Onza Cranks for not very much money, it will transform your bike almost instantly.

I would like to sincerely thank whoever hit me across the hand last night twice, it's certainly making work a real pleasure today.

I really had a great evening. Very close and fun game with Cream. Jamie is like a new player with his 21st century bike and new normal mallet. Nice to have Harvey and Hayden back too. Plus the new kids mixes things up too. I hate playing against Luca because he's so damn fast and apparently fearless/indestructible but I love thinking that's what it must be like for teams playing against us.

So these guys arrived today. They are mega padded but I basically can't make a fist in them... in fact, my hands pretty much don't move. I think they might need breaking in a little.

All hockey gloves are like that at first, I was worried it would affect performance. But after a couple of games you won't be able to play without them!

take my advice matt, wrap the thumb of your mallet hand in hockey tape to prevent premature wear.
