You'll be fine dude. I fucked up really bad last year (which is how I earned this stupid nickname) but I ate/drank really badly and didn't pace myself at all, tried to keep up with Devon and Fast Mark... Good luck : )

So I looked on the Cambridge City Council website at all the outdoor courts just to see if there were any other places in Cambridge that might be suitable for Polo... mainly so I don't have to ride all the way over to Barnwell if I just want to knock a ball around.
In the whole of the city aside from Barnwell and Trumpington, there is one that I could find... in Arbury.

From Mill road to Barnwell court is 1.8 miles, From Fulbourn to Barnwell is 4.2 miles, count yourself lucky

Same here, I ride 4 miles to get to polo.
In reply to your old message gabe the London lot would love o have us play but they would have to figure out how it would be done. I spoke to gabes about it last time we were in downham. Would you be up for it? I'm game too. Just need a third to form a team who can play Saturdays and Sundays irregular through the winter.

/\ My point.
Riding to Barnwell is fine for Polo and having the shop nearby is great. I'm talking if after work on a Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday I want to spend an hour practicing.

Oh... I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better court than barnwell in Cambridge
-

Well like I said, other than Trumpingon and Arbury there aren't any other fenced basketball courts in Cambridge.
God damn I just want to play. I wish there were more than two days a week.

It's only 45 minutes on the train plus a ride to wherever the court is. Even south of the river doesn't take that long. I guess the cost of getting the train each weekend is pretty high.

its about a 15 min ride to the court
