it seems BP, the pesky buggers, have found a new use for the ever versatile polo mallet, not is it only good for propping up doors and leaving lieing around your work place as a trip hazard, but also for testing deep sea oil well caps... intriguing

It doesn't have an axel the dropout sits on the 3/8 bolt thread

Ok that's fine. Now I understand. I just saw 20mm Axle and got very confused. Although a 3/8" bolt is 9.525mm in real money... I guess that would be ok?
