I just got in and I left Tooley st at 7.30.

Oddly my rear tyre has just gone down to the same pressure that the front did, right at the end of my ride in to work this morning.

It's now holding it's pressure- probably around 30 psi, and not going down any further.

WTF?!

Try tightening up the the components of the valve itself.

My tyre kept losing pressure and it turned out to be that

this bit was coming loose.

I'll give that a go- it went down just after skid-stopping, so it may well be that the shock of my immense weight landing on the tyre forced the air out through a loose valve.

I've just had a calendar pop-up reminding me that I have a meeting in Leeds at half two tomorrow.

Chap I'm here to see in Leeds cannot bring the meeting forward (thought the offer of a free lunch might swing it) so it looks like I'll be joining you chaps and chappesses when you are well fuelled.

However I fear that green tights might not make it with the rest of my outfit, so will attempt some other means of asserting faux Irishness.
