i bought 661 D3O EVO elbow pads today.

You mentioned the full downhill armour before.

I tried on the equivalent knee pads and they were too uncomfortable and the sock style will make me sweat badly. I think i need the one with only straps. Ill keep on looking though. I also tried to find the hip protector but they were out of stock. PLus its not true armour, its just extra padding. I think i can take a picture of my bruise, but it may NSFW though. In fact it may be well over share.
