Yes, a good night with a wind outside that puts Tooley st to shame. Talking of shame what a wank attitude from the staff telling people that they can't eat apple crumble on their benches; it's like they want us to stop going there. Middle of a gale and they get arsey about the benches...
Talking of apple crumble, thanks Reen, I've just eaten it and it was really very tasty and had that home cooked feel to it, just like mother used to make. Not that my mother can do any baking any more.... -

but i still think tarantino is a pretentious, cunning yet inglorious basterd himself!
...a talented one tbh.
Obviously not counting that well-polished turd, Kill Fucking Bill (I wish you fucking would, now get on with it you tit).

Sorry you couldn't make it too Nhatt. You doing something good for Thanksgiving? We'll be watching football and eating pumpkin pie (pending we have a can left in the cupboard).

Not that my mother can do any baking any more....I can't believe they did that! Must not have been a manager. I'm going to tell myself it wasn't a manager. Just some staff member taking their job too seriously?
Thanks Reen for the crumble run! I couldn't get through the whole thing but I did my best.

Would anyone have been surprised if they were sat drinking from a can on one of the benches and were asked to move?
It's a pub- a business.
If the staff let people bring their own food or drink and consume it on the premises then they are shafting their business.
I used to run pubs and in any of the ones I used to run I'd have told anyone who sat down and started eating food they had not bought from the pub to bugger off.
Putting it plainly to bring your own food or booze shows a total lack of respect.

This is not about respect. This is about crumble.
