  • Yay! Please come. I've missed four on the bounce because November was tres busy.

  • I'm in~ first SE's (since about 2 years..)

  • weather's just happened. maybe not.

  • Will be there at 8ish

  • i'm in

  • @6pt if you come we can discuss books and i may buy you a drink*

    *not legally binding

  • Escaping work before 9! On my way!

  • Excellent. See yous there

  • Might pop by around 8.

  • Someone seems to have concreted my sinuses during the past couple of days so out.

  • I might pop down now. With my very own concrete sinuses.

  • Brilliant SE's tonight :)

  • Yup! Brilliant! Thanks all :-)

  • So many vests and not a @ChainBreaker in sight.

  • thanks to whoever pointed out i was attempting to leave without my bike, i was too busy laughing at laner being so drunk. i'd got all the way to the door and said all my goodbyes and someone said politely "aren't you forgetting something?"

  • Chainbreaker is scared of the dark. Chainbreaker is Scared of the rain. Chainbreaker is Scared of the cars. Chainbreaker is Scared of the clouds.

  • that was excellent.

so who's up for a very south easts christmas? tuesday 16th, mulled wine and mince pies, and maybe some christmas pizzas if I can be bothered sorting some ingredients out. I'd rather not create a new thread for it...

  • in! happy to bring ingredients too. at my old bakery we used to make xmas puffs - puff pastry wrapped like a sausage roll with a filling of stuffing, meat/meat replacement of your choice, cranberry sauce, etc. so good.

@blowfish and @tricitybendix and i were discussing the logistics of mulling things. er, except i don't think we came up with any good ideas though i think i remember a cauldron being mentioned. anyone got one of those portable induction hobs?

  • how far is Very Far South Easts? We talking Bournmouth?

  • I chatted to Tom at the end of the night - if @HarveyBrown is ok with it we can bring in the trangia (or two, I think we still have two) and set it up in the workshop to get some warm stuff bubbling away.

  • Nobody said 'very far', just 'very south easts'. lrn2rd.

  • maybe CB is secretly hyperlexic and skips words / processes sentences too quickly. and hides it under layers and layers of flesh and only pretends to be a jock

  • Trangia + mini cauldron would be great :-) or if they're aren't happy with something flame producing an electric stove may suffice

  • i have no idea what this even means...

    Irn2rd?!?!

Very south = very far south = bring arctic gear we're heading to the pole
