Bruce, competition was good, there were some brilliant entries. Ours was well recieved but not a winner. They did serve the cocktail from our film though which was nice.

also a pint is only 250kcal you can burn that off with a few repeat lengths of great dover street.

4 pints/hr for RP laps at ~20mph then.

Rather than cadence or mph I think there should be a new measurement of pints per hour. It would equate to the number of pints you could drink and then stay the same size. So if you go and do 6pph but then have 4 pints in the Roebuck you would actually be losing weight as you would be in "credit" for 2 pints
